My background is operational: 10+ years as CTO and Head of Operations in real estate and technology companies in Dubai, with close to 100 CRM and ERP implementations delivered. I work at the intersection of business process design and system configuration. Before touching any settings, I map how your business operates today, identify where the process needs to change first, and then build the Bitrix24 environment around that — not the other way around.

I work across cloud and on-premise versions.
