As a project manager, I was responsible for the implementation of telecommunication network on large number of sites at the same time.

For each site I allocated a subcontractor, with me as the main point of contact for supervision, with daily communication. I personally contacted subcontractors and introduced them to the work. Also, I took part in creating decision of which projects to compete for, considering the technical, financial and workforce capacity of my company. Responsible for the success of implementation of each project from start to finish.

In addition to driving operational success, the CTO plays a key role in talent strategy— recruiting, developing, and retaining top engineering and project management talent. The role also supports the company's expansion strategy through active engagement in international industry events, strategic partnerships, and market entry initiatives. As Deputy CEO, the CTO contributes to the overall corporate strategy, supports executive decision-making, and ensures alignment between technical execution and business growth objectives.
