I’m a commercially focused marketing leader with 15+ years across hospitality, real estate, financial services, and ecommerce. I led global marketing at Jumeirah across a USD 21M budget and 17 hotels, increasing direct revenue share from 15.5% to 20%, reducing cost per booking by 24%, and unlocking USD 2M in media efficiencies through attribution and performance restructuring. I led the launch of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, delivering 120% revenue uplift and exceeding booking targets, and scaled global campaigns that drove 25.9% uplift in conversion and 55% growth in revenue.

At MetLife Gulf, I repositioned marketing as a growth driver, increasing brand health by 40% and securing long term partnerships with Emirates NBD, FAB, and Mashreq. At Emaar, I led marketing, digital, and creative with direct reporting to the CEO, managing a USD 68M budget and transforming lead generation across global property portfolios.

Earlier at BBDO, I built and scaled the social and digital capability across the regional network, leading campaigns for Visa, PepsiCo, P&G, Emirates, and Huawei, contributing to award winning work across Effies and MENA Digital Awards.
