• Partnered with the Fama-Miller Center & University of Chicago Booth School of Business to evaluate transaction structures and debt contracts for 400+ PE and credit deals, guided by Steven Kaplan, Victoria Ivashina, Amir Sufi and Raghuram Rajan; project featured in Financial Times special edition on PE

• Advised Middle East-based family offices on portfolio reallocation strategies and analytics for $1.3B+ multi-asset class funds, preparing board letters and implementing value-enhancement strategies

• Developed investment strategies, management strategies and advanced financial models for ~$150M lifestyle center projects in partnership with a Kolkata-based real estate company; liaised with government stakeholders to source properties

M&A and capital raising advisory across Americas, APAC and EMEA:

• Lead analyst on the $390M IPO of HDFC Asset Management, one of India's largest AMCs

• Represented the India team on RCBC's $300M debt offering, one of the Philippines' largest universal banks

• Worked with the New York team on private placement offering and rebranding strategy initiatives for Marcus by Goldman and Apollo Global

• Researched global and country-specific macroeconomics and interpreted sovereign laws for new market entries through Re-IPO and other strategic routes; awarded a Fintech M&A project with a UBS London director for strong technical execution

• Built dynamic financial models, pitch books, and information memoranda; developed valuations (comps, precedents, DCF, DDM) across ~$1.5B in equity, debt, and recapitalization pipeline transactions

• Facilitated training for 10+ MBA & Commerce graduates spanning asset management, banking, fintech and insurance; received a rotation offer to UBS New York within 15 months

Worked directly with a Member of Parliament; appointed to advise on legislative and policy issues:

• Prepared interventions, speeches, recommendatory papers for parliamentary sessions & committees and quarterly evaluation reports of government ministries and PSEs; among the top 1% in terms of parliamentary participation rate throughout the year

• Strategized and drafted 3 legislative bills - Ease of Doing Business, Constitutional Amendments, Financial Assistance to Tea Workers; received Rajya Sabha secretariat's approval to be introduced during the parliamentary sessions

• Designed and implemented a multi-million-dollar MPLAD Fund allocation plan for West Bengal through statistical and economic research
