Zi-Ting has been supporting myself and the Primary Care Dietitians team for over 6 months in the areas of brand strategy and communications.
Our partnership started off with an initial strategy session, followed by regular reviews and ongoing support in marketing and communications. I am impressed by her writing and communications skills, and her curiosity and can-do attitude tackling dietetic-related topics – her sincere interest in food and holistic health shows!
She is also rigorous in her approach to understanding the needs of our customers and how best to reach and connect with them. Even though she works freelance, she feels like very much part of the PCD team, who’s just as invested in our growth and success.
We’ve worked on:
- refining our brand strategy and identity
- building a PR and marketing strategy
- building an effective communication strategy, aimed at building long-term, sustainable relationships with our customers (via off- and online channels)
I have found her key to the growth of our start-up.
