Worked closely with creative agencies to adapt Marketing assets and artwork to in-store and online shopper journey touchpoints with calls to action.
    - Managed and delivered all New Product Development launch campaigns across all portfolio brands and customers both online and in-store, including exclusives and first to market with strategic customers. Especially relevant the launch of JJ Whitley Vodka in Tesco which drove £2.85million in RSV in its 12 first weeks, driving new consumers into the category and overall growing the JJ Whitley brand in Tesco in 28% Value Sales YA (Oct 2020 vs Oct 2019)

    - Developed and implemented a fast-paced activation plan (liaising with internal and external stakeholders) to launch Baileys Strawberries & Cream in ASDA, growing their BWS Category and the Baileys brand by 30.7% during activation in the Summer time, a new space for the Liqueur Category to shine, whilst delivering £500k in customer contribution for the business and 5.8 ROI.
    - Managed the material delivery of the first in-market created Gift Pack Project based on actionable insight: Cîroc 20cl + 2 flutes, which became top-selling in Tesco during Christmas and has accounted for more than £190k in NSV for Cîroc brand for H1 F19.     - Analysed and designed promo/activation strategy to achieve Tanqueray Ten AOP in the Off Trade channel in GB.     - Managed a multi-brand A&P budget for ASDA of + £700k delivering 5.13 ROI.
