I am a seasoned professional that has evolved from a developer, IT Architect, Team Lead/Manager, Systems Engineer and ultimatly into Agile. This has truly been an evolutionary and very logical progression of experiences that have matured my abilities to drive successful IT initatives through collaboration, team work and commitment to meeting customer goals. Along this journey I had the honor to work for a large number of technology cutting edge employers such as AT&T and IBM. I also worked as a consultant and for a start up company (Binary Tree) serving customers in the NYC Wall Str area and more. I have delivered successful solutions to a large number of fortune 500 customers ranging from America Express to New York Times, from AT&T to UNICEF. This journey has afforded me not only exposure to dynamic companies looking to grow through innovation and technology but also to have the please of being mentored and to have collaborated with a large number of extremely talented and innovative individuals. The key to my success has been collaboration, team work and customer focus. All things have led to Agile which in effect more than a new way of developing software solutions it actually encapsulates everything that has worked during my career. I continue to evolve my skills by striving towards an Agile mindset, evangilizing and practicing continuos learning and collaboration. Recent consulting engagements where I have coached teams have yielded radical increases of team productivity (as much as 2 times) in short periods of time. These successes fuel my my passion of Agile and for which I continue in my eveolutionary journey to strive towards project success and delivery of value to my clients.
