I have spent the last 15 years in the telecommunication and data centre industries in developing markets across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Over the years I have specialized in turning around businesses with a declining P&L and market position (3 success stories in Africa and the Caribbean/Latin America region) and more recently in creating and structuring companies from scratch.

While I started my career with a technical background, my area of expertise is now general management (since over 10 years) and commercial. I have led teams of up to 100 staff (product, pricing, advertizing/communication, analytics, sales, distribution) and I have been accountable to deliver revenues up to EUR 900M/year.

I always bet on the human factor to succeed, which is both efficient (what else works?) and fun! I have developed a full training & development plan for my last employer in the data centre industry and I have a strong interest in designing and managing structures to get employees to improve their skills while giving them motivation and visibility on their career paths.

I am now looking to support businesses from a freelancer position in the Paris area.
