I have significant team and people management experience having both managed in-house teams directly as well as been responsible for large global project teams ranging from 4 - 30 people.
I have a broad background in strategy and planning with my main focus having been on BTL (i.e. social media) but with TTL experience too. Experience spans across multiple industries including technology, pharma, QSR, FMCG, charity, automotive, luxury, fintech, and retail.
I have been responsible for a whole host of work outputs, always with a focus on helping to drive forward a client's digital marketing outreach, including deep social listening, brand safety, eCRM content strategy, community management supervision, crisis communications, media buying, content creation and creative output.
I am passionate about data and human insights and know how to match the right audience, with the right content and in what flow, and enjoy working closely with both creative and media teams to bring plans to life; I have worked on a range of business challenges from awareness to driving purchase.
