I am a professional and dedicated individual with 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I am French and my husband and I have been back packing the world for just over a year. Before starting our travel I was working in London, where I was brought on to grow the travel agencies and corporate sales for various boutique and 5 star hotels.

My key responsibilities were to optimize the hotels inventory, distribution and rates, and managing the relationships with active and new key accounts. Through this experience, I discovered my passion for helping small and independent hotels grow revenue, with better revenue and account management. I also possess excellent communication, negotiation and organisation skills and have a proven successful track record.

Using my extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry, I would like to offer support to hotels sales team with structures, standards, process, systems, trainings, auditing, and measurements. I can also assist refining your Reservations department SOPs in order to convert more direct business or just hit the ground running representing your hotel to my extensive customer database. By creating strong foundations and getting the basics rights, I can help your team deliver outstanding results.
