My key responsibilities were to optimize the hotels inventory, distribution and rates, and managing the relationships with active and new key accounts. Through this experience, I discovered my passion for helping small and independent hotels grow revenue, with better revenue and account management. I also possess excellent communication, negotiation and organisation skills and have a proven successful track record.
Using my extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry, I would like to offer support to hotels sales team with structures, standards, process, systems, trainings, auditing, and measurements. I can also assist refining your Reservations department SOPs in order to convert more direct business or just hit the ground running representing your hotel to my extensive customer database. By creating strong foundations and getting the basics rights, I can help your team deliver outstanding results.
My favourite thing to do is problem solving, and I am also passionate about sustainability and social impact - I am looking forward to work with like minded entrepreneurs!
