I was the lead product owner in a team that built a functional and conversational chatbot for the e-commerce website (digital landlord) from scratch to finish where, I researched into the building and integration of a chatbot into an e-commerce website form botsociety, using google dialog flow training phrase. I lead the team in making the bot conversational by implementing various intents into entities and fulfillment. This was accomplished by elicitation of requirements from customers all through the sprints and turning business requirements into epics which in turn was broken down to user stories, collaborating with developers to build story points into features and features into a great product by always engaging with the users and stakeholders to improve the product. As the lead product owner I was also responsible for the product backlog, stakeholder engagements, gathering of requirements, writing of user stories and acceptance criteria. I also monitored the sprint on Jira scrum board and generally enhanced the product.
