Tim in a few words
I am the founding director of award winning Kay-Lambert Associates which is an international Learning & Development Consultancy established in 2004. As a qualified and experienced Business Performance Coach I've worked with amazing clients world-wide and supported most industries and sectors. My specialisms are in Leadership, Management and Team Development, both as a designer and facilitator of programmes. I have also worked with boards to develop their working practices and strategies. I am also the brainchild behind Muster (TM) which is a game-based, multiplayer team development platform for remote and hybrid teams. Notable longstanding clients include Kelloggs, Astra Zeneca, The Stroke Association and the Duchy of Cornwall.

I started my working life as a full-time professional actor with stage and tv appearances throughout Europe. I continue to work as an actor on occasional film projects that interest me such as 'The History Whisperer' installation at St George's Hall, Liverpool. I have also held previous roles in Arts organisations, Higher Education, Recruitment, Social Services and Manufacturing.

Today, in addition to my consultancy work, I am a keynote speaker and author of two business and personal development books, ‘To Hell with Burnout’ and ‘Small Change, Big Returns’ I have a 1st Class Hons degree, Diplomas in Business Performance Coaching, NLP and Acting, and I am an accredited user of MBTI Steps 1 & 2, and the Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory. I am also a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA).

Tim has provided leadership coaching to my former employer over an extensive period. He has a fantastic ability to bring out the very best in people who lack the confidence to excel.
Tim developed a leadership programme for the managers in the business who had limited people management experience. This allowed them to flourish as managers and thus bringing out the best in their teams. Every person was fulsome in their praise for Tim. The outcome has been that some of those people have gone on to bigger roles internally and externally.
Tim is an expert coach who allows people to think outside of the box.
He is also a thoroughly nice person who is genuine in his approach and is committed to assisting people to achieve.
My relationship with Tim started as a client and has become one of firm friendship and collaboration.
I cannot recommend Tim highly enough to any business looking for a brilliant coach to bring out the best in their teams.
