Tim in a few words
I have spent the first 25 years of my career working with leaders and leadership teams in the creative services industry as a brand and marketing strategist.

Today my work is still firmly embedded in the world of creativity but I now believe that it's not enough to use creativity to sell stuff, we have to use creativity to change stuff.

It's probably worth defining creativity here.

When I use the word creativity I mean using core strategic creative skills to make an impact:


▫️ Creativity: Focussing on idea generation and answering the big 'What if? ' questions.

▫️ Critical Thinking: Yes it's intentional, it's strategic but fundamentally is based on understanding your truth and defining how you prove it.

▫️ Communication: Here I focus on stories, speeches and symbols that communicate and inspire change

▫️ Collaboration: This is focused on how you do your work and show up internally and externally.


I am a human-centered design practitioner and most of the work will be done in co-creative workshops online or in person.
