Tim brings over 35 years of international executive leadership experience and expertise, gained across global brands spanning the entire value chain. He has successfully delivered major transformation programmes and the design/redesign of complex supply chains for both OEMs, Governmental organisations, and start-up ecosystems at home and overseas.

He has worked for some of the world’s most prestigious brands as both an employed executive and through his own independent consulting companies. Starting his first company in 2004 he has executed critical scopes of supply across Aerospace and Defence, Rail, Oil and Gas, Automotive, Banking and the Corporate arena.

Since 2004 he has successfully supported multi-billion-dollar programmes that have directly impacted national defence for major private and governmental clients in the UK, Europe, USA, Asia and the Middle East to assess, develop and lead the creation of strategic supply and value chain solutions for complex systems and equipment on a through life basis.

A recognised leader in his field of defence solution development and advocate of independent business enterprise he has successfully supported Industrialisation programmes and Start-Ups across the UK, Middle East, and India to grow and ensure indigenous capability as part of national strategies.

Tim holds qualifications in Military Gas Turbine Engineering, Business Management and holds security clearances for the UK, ITAR, and Polaris.
