Creating a cashflow & working closely with the Line Producer on the budget. Setting up the VAT registration, accounting software’s, payroll and petty cash cards. Tax credit meetings with the auditing company. Adding any new crew to the payroll and ensuring everyone was paid correctly and on time. Keeping the executive producer up to date with any cost variances.

This production had its funding deferred before we started shooting.

Assistant Production Accountant on a HETV production for ITV.

Assisting in updating the budget and producing cost & variance reports for meetings with the producers. Inputting and monitoring AP transactions to ensure payments were made as and when needed. Monitoring petty cash card spending for legitimate production expenses. Monitoring purchase orders using DPO software and ensuring they are regularly uploaded and closed off when complete. Preparing weekly dailies payroll ready for submission, checking timesheets for overtime. Checking per diems for non regular cast and crew are correct. Assisting with regular bank reconciliation and creating regular EFT files to pay any AP accounts due.

All accounting responsibilities for a busy cafe, cocktail bar & restaurant. All accounting responsibilities including accounting, HMRC submissions, batch payments, running all payroll's, monitoring margins & cashflow, budgeting for new idea's, and creating full end of year accounts.
