After obtaining a Masters in Computer Science, I spent nearly a decade working on R&D projects in healthcare (cognitive and behavioural therapy), accessibility and software security areas. I then naturally moved on to work in the field of mobility by bringing a systematic user centred approach to the field.

I then started and developed a UX Design / Service Design offering for the Services Business Unit of the Econocom Group, and participated in the creation and success of the group’s innovation offer. I managed a team of experienced designers and applied Design Thinking methods to advise our clients in the transformation of their business by bringing together user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Since 2019, I’m working as a freelance designer, offering a range of services, including:

• UX Design (including User Research)

With excellent communication, problem-solving, facilitation, and management skills, as well as a strong technical background, I have proven success in working with individuals at all levels and roles within organizations.
