I got a chance to work and showcase my skills of how we can process improve daily task by using excel. I have automated many manual task which were daily done manually by team of 5.Highlighting areas and providing solutions to task complex in nature. Providing weekly reports on the performance of warehouse branches and highlighting which branches need to be focused on priority. Analysing the performance of weekly task delivered, volume of the data to be worked ,end of week providing detailed study of the kind of problems faced, providing root cause analysis as what is causing this error and providing solution as to how it can be handled. Collaborating with different teams and providing insight of doing an automation at a pre-defined time interval. Creating documentations for all the processes defined and timely updation of documents if automated. Process flow charts were defined using Visio.
