Specialising in building CRM systems from blueprint to suit individual businesses from
small businesses with 6-12 employees to large businesses with 900+ employees.
• Focusing mainly on Zoho, Hubspot and Salesforce to ensure the CRM is tailored and
optimised for each individual business performance.
• Offering consultancy on the whole journey from sign-up to building to training and
reporting.
• Supporting the implementation of the new CRM and the transition from the previous
CRM.
• Delivering training and follow-up sessions to management and trainers in person or
online. Training the trainers to be self-sufficient and make further amendments to the
CRM in future.
• Running reports to analyse use of the CRM in the first few months to identify gaps in
users’ use of the CRM and highlight potential areas for improvement.
• Providing business analytics to ensure the project is on track to meet milestones on time
and within budget.
• Working closely alongside Dominic Harrington, Director of Cloud Sauce, who has written a
definitive guide to building and tailoring CRM systems using Zoho to enhance your
business revenue.
• Designing workflows and creating campaigns to improve sales reach and business
efficiency.
• Offering follow-up sessions as new functions become available
