The Objective of my role has been to build a sales and partnership team ensuring all GTM strategies are explored, developed and then rolled out globally. In nearly 18 months in the role, I have recruited a team of 21 team members, created the training, working with product and marketing to ensure that the territories we wanted to target, are now generating revenue with new direct and indirect customers. Working with cross functional team across the global business, the global market is in growth 75% MoM, and we have generated over £2m of TCV in 8 months from a product that did not exist 18 months ago. With a further expansion plan developed, we are now looking to progress further across US, EMEA, APAC and the Middle East.
