As Head of Sales, my main responsibilities included:
- Onboarding clients: I addressed any questions or concerns the client had regarding our software and ensured they knew about other services offered by IDRsolutions. This also involved travelling to meet current and potential clients in countries such as Japan.
- Customer retention: I discussed with clients to ensure they were satisfied with our software and to discuss license renewal fees.
- Payments and software access: I put new software in place so that clients could pay directly from their invoices.
- CRM implementation: I researched and implemented CRM tools for our sales and marketing teams. During my time at IDRsolutions, I successfully implemented and used Salesforce, Close.io, Hubspot, and Zoho.
As Head of Marketing, my duties included:
- Leading Agile ceremonies: This involved delegating tasks and checking if team members needed any help.
- Creating statistic reports: I analysed data from Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Moz, and Alexa to generate reports.
- A/B testing and reporting: I deployed Google Optimize to A/B test the website and create reports from the test results.
- SEO management: I tracked and optimised current and new keywords using keyword tools such as Raven Tools, Moz, Google Analytics, Alexa, and Google Search Console.
- Managing conferences: I designed and created the company's marketing material and booth layout for conferences such as JavaOne, Google Devfest, BoS America, and BoS U.K. Additionally, I was a speaker at JavaOne San Francisco and Netbeans Athens.
As the person in charge of website development, my responsibilities included:
- Rebranding the company website: During this process, I oversaw the layout, design, and development using HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, and the Bootstrap framework.
- Updating the website: I worked closely with the software development team, frequently discussing any changes that would need to be reflected on the website.
