I currently work as an Advice Line Support Exec, dealing with legal, medical, financial and mental health queries and managing 500+ cases. I also do extensive admin, Zenndesk and Salesforce tasks/management. I have worked for 3+ years as a PA and Admin assist to the MD, gaining a vast amount of customer service skills and experience. I also have a lot of experience in sales outreach/email management, as well as experience in managing of all the company's social media and content creating. Have been thoroughly trained in handling warehouse operations and a wide variety of CRM systems. I have a degree in Psychology and Criminology which I have gained great research and proofreading skills.
