My age is 37 yo.
Until now, I have worked in the automotive industry and luxury industry for the biggest players in these 2 categories for 14 years combined.
My roles in these companies were:
-production & quality manager
-project manager
-continuous improvement manager
-continuous improvement specialist
Prior to the above-mentioned, I've also occupied the roles of:
-quality engineer
-methods engineer
-team leader.
As in the automotive industry (and not only), continuous improvement is at the foundation of the activity, I was raised with this type of thinking, and throughout the years have learned to apply these principles in day-by-day activities.
The same principles were applied in collaborations with smaller companies, that searched to develop their activity and improve their results.
