I’m an Architect who graduated in 2003 from Cairo University and has worked in Egypt and the Gulf region by collaborating with renowned architects locally and internationally, as a Design Architect I have been involved in several major Governmental Projects for two reputable architectural firms in Kuwait, namely SSH International Consultants and KTCB ‘Kuwait Technical Consultants Bureau’.

Over Nineteen years’ experience and a large number of diverse projects, I participate in all phases of Design Process and proved that I have exceptional skills in Architectural Designs in addition to Consulting Proposals, (Fees / Cost / Time) Provisional, Project Brief, Project Initiation, Programming, Design Concept, Architectural Aesthetic, Project Presentation, Design Reviews, Landscape Design, Planning, Detailing Design, Project Coordinating, Specifications Manual, Construction Documents, Construction Cost, Bids Process, Construction Supervision and Projects Management.

In addition, I have a growing experience in Real Estate development as an Owner Representative / Developer Architect, I oversaw all operations of Design and Construction phases in many projects (Commercial, Hospitality, Residential) which gave me an extensive knowledge in preparing RFP, Feasibility Studies, Contracts, Quality Control, Delivering Projects, Estimating Cost, Property and Facilities Management in addition to valuable Financial, Marketing and Communication skills.
