Hello 👋

I have a lot of experience working in team environments, working on my own as a freelance designer, creative planning and the execution of ideas. My formal education is in criminology and sociology. My knowledge of sociology has been an advantage in creating high quality user experiences. I have a diploma in UX design from RED Academy in Vancouver, Canada. Throughout my program I had the opportunity to work with local start-up companies creating mobile applications and responsive websites. For each project I worked in small teams doing all aspects of UX (research, planning, journey maps, storyboarding, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, etc).

I am self taught in UI and graphic design (by completing online courses in adobe creative suite). With my skills in graphic design, I have worked with doctors to create medical illustrations, these illustrations have been published in reputable medical journals such as the Lancet and Springer.

I have always been a creative person who enjoys exercising my analytical talents. I am passionate about all aspects of design from creating the best possible user experience as well as a visually appealing product. I am a quick learner. I crave knowledge and believe that there is always room for personal growth.
