- The University of LawFreelance Senior DesignerJanuary 2020 - Today (5 years and 6 months)Guildford, UKReturning back to The University of Law as a Freelance Senior Designer. Working within an in-house design team at The University of Law and reporting to the Creative Services Manager and the in-house Senior Designer which I am very proud to say that I trained up to be my successor when I was the in house Senior Designer in my last permanent role. Producing a wide range of creative materials from print to digital for internal and external stakeholders. Managing creative services team members/stakeholders with their design requests and ensuring a high quality service is delivered at all times. Project managing multiple design jobs at the same time. Managing print suppliers for certain projects, ensuring stakeholders/creative services members are informed from start to finish on when their job will be completed, printed and delivered. Collaborating with the Head of Brand and other designers within the team to create key campaigns. Directing photoshoots for specific campaigns and worked closely with the photographers. At times when the in-house Senior Designer is absent I would cover for him and attend in stakeholder meetings with a creative services member to resume with the in-house services, give creative direction and sign off on projects to the designers within the in-house UK/India team and the UK freelance designers. I would then update him once he is back, so he is fully aware of the status of certain projects.

- The University of LawSenior DesignerOctober 2015 - March 2019 (3 years and 5 months)Guildford, UKI worked as a Senior Designer within the in-house marketing and communications team at The University of Law. I managed a team of four which included one freelance artworker, one freelance designer and two in house designers. I worked closely with the brand team, creative services manager and brand manager to provide creative solutions for all of the UK and International campuses. Produced a range of creative material such as brochures, presentations, infographics, leaflets, booklets, invites, posters, adverts, display stands for events, logo design, corporate branding, illustrations, merchandising materials, powerpoint presentations, HTML emailers, HTML newsletters, social media digital banners, animated web banners and much more. I created concepts to campaigns and advising the brand team and freelancers on how to apply the correct elements of certain campaigns from digital to print. I was nvolved in the brand development of the university, applying new elements to all of the university's marketing material. Managed the correct use of the brand to the designers, making sure staff, external clients, suppliers and partners are applying the University brand guide lines. This can range from the use of the logo, the brand colours, the correct branded fonts, the correct use of design and much more. I worked alongside with our Creative Services Manager to make sure our internal/external printers get all the materials produced and delivered on time. Making sure me and the team provide all the correct information to our Creative Services Manager; so she can liaise with the printers and clients on costs and delivery time.
