Have project managed small teams that delivered big events – most recently in the successful post COVID reopening of York CVS’s Conference Centre. Gained Visit England’s “Good to Go” accreditation and supported 80 national charities & local voluntary groups in delivering over 500 hybrid & virtual events during the transition from lockdown to reopening.

Founded and developed a University based academy growing full time student numbers from 18 in 2011 to over 180 in 2014. Wrote and successfully validated three BA (Hons) Live Events degree level courses. Delivered staff and volunteer development & mentoring programs
