I have an excellent understanding of the latest developments in the field of mental health and wellbeing, and am experienced in designing, delivering and evaluating interventions that help to maintain and improve employee wellbeing and welfare.
I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and am comfortable leading workshops, seminars and other training sessions. I have good understanding of the psychology of learning and development and am able to use this knowledge to create effective interventions.
I am familiar with a range of different learning and development techniques and tools, and I am confident in working with a wide range of stakeholders.
I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aid and Safeguarding Instructor. I have been trained to teach individuals and organisations about mental health, emotional wellbeing, and how to identify and support those at risk. I am knowledgeable about the importance of early intervention and have experience in delivering interactive and engaging training sessions. I am passionate about helping to create a safe and supportive environment for employees and I am committed to helping organisations to build resilience and prevent stress-related issues.
