Reece in a few words
Hello,

Recently I graduated from Confetti College (now partnered with Nottingham Trent University) with a BSc in Games Production. I enjoy hard-surface modelling with both Blender and Maya 3d, I texture in Substance Painter as I find its more efficient than Photoshop. The modelling phase of 3d asset creation is my favourite part of the process as I can experiment, tweak, and expand on designs while in the process of creation.

I engage heavily in creating a variety of assets and incorporating them into a whole project, I plan very precisely from the start and set a date for most of my work so that I can coordinate most of my productivity where applicable and to the best effect.

My employment at the Telegraph on behalf of Firstsource was to engage with customers and ensure that there query with an issues with their subscription would be solved as to the best solution that I would give them so that they could resume reading the paper at their leisure. This was done through email communication to professionally enquire with the customer about their issue and what we could do for them on our end of business while also notifying them to call our engagement line if we needed to speak to them personally over the phone. Over the phone, a formal and professional etiquette of voice and tone ensured that the customer was at ease and a rapport was created to focus on their primary issue then see what I could do for them to conductively resume their telegraph experience.
