I am a resourceful and empathetic force of nature with a desire to make a difference in the world.

After a decade of working in operational teams delivering frontline services to citizens, I grew frustrated at the disconnect between leadership and teams 'on the ground' who were often crippled by bureacracy and outdated practices that weren't adding value to end users or customers. Gaining my post grad in Leadership and Management specialising in Organisation design and development, I found a new way to design out the management practices getting in the way of performance excellence.

Known for my warmth, candour and unfailing optimism, I resist boxes and neatness, preferring the messy interactions of relationships as the place where real change happens. I believe in people and I'm on a mission to help others unlock inner resourcefulness - turning the 'so what' into 'now what'!

Recent projects include supporting the Cabinet Office with Civil Service Modernisation and Reform and embedding new values and service mindset at Independent Office for Police Conduct. I am currently working with Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority to help people adapt ways of working to align to a new regulatory philosophy.
