The client, British Telecommunications, experienced a low customer acquisition in the youth market. As a Scrum Master, I helped develop a next-generation web app that met the needs and desires of generation Z / digital natives who wanted a more flexible and intuitive online platform.

NTT Data had to invest time in teaching the Scrum Agile Methodology for each new joiner. This was a repetitive task that consumed valuable resources each time a new member joined the team. I designed a workshop where the participants learned the basics of the Agile Methodology and got hands-on experience working with Scrum by building a LEGO city in 3 iterations.

• - for teams and delivered it 4 times in 2 different locations.

• through real-life use cases, role-play, and exercises where they could practice this development process.

• - by creating a LEGO city in 3 iterations and practicing Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
