I am Sascha. An energetic business transformation and project delivery professional with more than 17 years project delivery and process transformation across industries, functions, and continents, following my passion of helping people grow and organizations transform.

Working in various in-house functions, industries and consulting roles, working across multiple cultures, a social sciences and business education, and working on the business-IT interface, have shaped me into a versatile management generalist.

Thanks to this, I have gained the ability to quickly learn new, complex content, adapt to changing and ambiguous situations, and connect with people.

My interests include process and organizational transformation, (agile) project delivery, remote work, and generally facilitating people and their organizations to grow.

When I am not working, I play board games competitively, role-playing games enthusiastically, and learn Thai (mostly) diligently.
