Rachel Levine is an imperfect human committed to living Intuitively Wild, following her intuition, and helping others do the same. She is a 500 hour Yoga Teacher, breath work teacher and meditation teacher. She has done many trainings including studying at Sonic Yoga in NYC, Samahita in Thailand, and with Bhavani Maki in Hawaii. She is currently finishing her studies to become an accredited Yoga Therapist at the Soul of Yoga Institute. She has studied at Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine and is currently training under her mentor in England. She is a writer and loves using writing as a tool to guide herself and others into deep self inquiry. She is a passionate mental health advocate.
