Expertise (12)
Prabjeet in a few words
A consultant / contractor specialising in areas such as pre- and post audit/post inspection quality systems management, quality risk management (& associated areas - Deviations, CAPA, Change Control).
My skill set also covers performing audits and self-inspections.

I recently completed work as a lead on an 18 month post competent authority inspection GDP remediation project. This included training a cluster of 4 countries teams (whole organisation training), supporting a new QA Manager into role and creating then completing the annual self-inspection programme. Prior to this I worked on an 18 month GDP pre/post inspection project where I also supported the GMP Change Control Director for 6 months.

I have supported organisations ranging from large MNCs to wholesalers and transport providers, covering also supply chain, logistics and warehousing - pretty much anything to do with the storage, supply, movement and export of medicinal products, vaccines and devices and systems/processes used to manage these.

My experience led me to create and deliver bespoke training and webinars for the ECA courses, their clients and for my own clients - onsite and remote - as well as having represented the ECA GDP Association at events in Serbia and South Korea in my role as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Communications. My ECA work as a board member of the ECA GDP Association gave me the opportunity to contribute chapters to their publications and be a member of the editing team - attention to detail I do have.

Key take aways - I learn quickly and adapt easily to new environments.
I began my career as a pharmacist, working in retail, NHS and private sector, then for the UK MOD before commencing my consultancy/contractor work.
My career has grown and changed direction a few times - because I am always learning and have a flexible, adaptable and open approach to my work this helped me to expand my experience and skills sets along the way.
