Most of these transitions fail is because resources and time are too often focused on project management processes rather than on the human dimension of change. No surprise. It’s obviously easier to manage plannings and budget rather than people. That’s where I jump in.
During the first part of my career, I’ve progressively build experience and advanced skills in project and change management. The second part began when I started to share my expertise and guide management teams through change processes as a consultant but also as a trainer and an advisor.
My main competencies are HR management, organisational design and transformation, project and change management, communication, employer branding and culture, learning & development, leadership development as well as well-being at work, stress management and burnout prevention.
