I have an extensive track record in directing multiple concurrent learning projects delivering effective learning solutions within time and budgetary constraints both as a Senior Manager within a company and as a freelance consultant.
I am a Senior Manager capable of leading L&D and project teams from initial onboarding and induction, to developing custom training to meet specific change requirements looking to build upon continuous improvement opportunities and bolster performance and productivity.
My design experience includes building and maintaining curriculums to meet the Onboarding & Induction and ongoing development requirements of teams from customer advisers through to Managers. I am also a delivery trainer capable of delivering Induction, regulatory, developmental, management development and qualification training courses.
I’m able to work with stakeholders to understand the requirements and design solutions using inhouse or third-party providers to ensure an engaging and effective learning solution is created.
I am used to travel and currently work remotely with travel to London, Sheffield, Halifax and Scotland as required for meetings with Stakeholders and course participants.
I’m looking for a role where I can roll my sleeves up and get involved at all levels of the L&D function, develop on existing curriculum, and initiate new training solutions to help drive the growth and success of the organisation.
I’m also looking for a company to set down some roots and become part of a growing and successful team.
