Main Responsibilities
•
Remit includes aspects of management development, performance management, building internal learning and development capacity (including coaching) and coordinating and supporting the technical and skills training based on key organizational priorities.
•
Partner with people leads, subject matter experts and senior managers to identify learning and development priorities and support with the design and delivery of capacity building interventions across regions and country programmes
•
Member of the centre of excellence supporting aspects of people and organisational development
Achievements (Not Exhaustive)
•
People Strategy: Facilitation and think-tank role in engagement and development of a people strategy that is designed to guide strategic initiatives around resourcing, capability, operations, health & well-being etc; across 27 country programmes & offices in every continent of the world
•
Capability Building: Leading engagement with technical teams to develop skill maps, learning requirements and the build/buy of learning resources for the strategic priority areas of the new global strategy
•
Management Capability: Review of the existing management development programme given external and internal change requirements; responsible for the roll-out of all elements (coaching, 360 feedback, workshops etc.)
•
Change Capability: Supporting the development of change skill development for senior leaders, line managers people partners and the organisation. Focus on integrating project management, supporting change initiatives and change management
•
Leadership Development: Design and facilitation of development interventions for senior management teams; member of coaching faculty for global leadership programme
•
Learning Resourcing: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning priorities and ensure multiple learning channels are developed or procured; capacity-building response interventions to COVID-19 and the 'black lives protests'; responses focused on well-being, virtual working and anti-racism
