- Built a brand new dashboard (using Excel and SAP BI) to drive insights and improve the efficiency of monthly executive meetings to manage €100M+ operating cost and €27M capital cost, incorporating key operation activities, P&L management, cost driver analysis, KPI tracking of 13 departments, and highlighting cost-saving opportunities.
- Implemented process to speed up twice the reporting time and helps to postpone €0.6M cash requirements for the year.
- Closely collaborated with the Maintainance team to implement a zero-based budget initiative for a more forward-thinking, explainable, and accurate forecast data by synchronizing information between the Excel model and SAP.
- Led a team of seven young professionals in the audit of national airlines (annual revenue of €3.7B and 31 branches worldwide) in the context of a fast-changing air transportation industry, confidently dealing with complex topics of fleet management, customer loyalty program, multi-channel sales with FX translation,… with senior management. Presented a 14-page comprehensive audit report analyzing industry trends, business performances, and highlighting audit & operation risks to the Audit Committee and Board of Supervisors.
