My focus involves implementing new technology and establishing teams to govern data, ensuring a single source of truth. Additionally, I design real-time insight and analytics dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making processes. As a leader in the design of an IT operating model, my responsibilities encompass assessing the current state, defining the future state, developing a governance framework, aligning with the business strategy, designing IT processes, establishing technology standards, collaborating with stakeholders, managing change, and monitoring and continuously improving the IT operating model. By fulfilling these responsibilities, I play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's IT landscape, facilitating successful cloud transformation, and supporting efficient and effective IT operations. Dec 2022 - April 2023 In my previous role as a Business Analyst in the public health sector, I played a pivotal role in stakeholder management, requirement elicitation, and pilot project preparation. To effectively manage stakeholders, I created stakeholder maps, setting expectations and prioritizing key actors. Through interviews and workshops, I gathered relevant information to keep stakeholders satisfied and well-informed. Additionally, I successfully captured business inputs and translated them into a strategic plan through workshops, prioritizing requirements and assigning action owners for smooth implementation. In preparation for the first pilot project, I defined the project's scope, roles, and responsibilities, informed the roadmap and delivery model, and identified user stories crucial for the pilot's success.

Collaborated with new AI vendors and academics to come to a final solution to build. Jan 2022 - Aug 2022 Large pensions company – Project Manager I successfully developed and implemented the NWOW (New Ways of Working) action plan through engaging workshops with senior-level clients. Managing multiple work streams, including the Data Quality workstream WDG, I effectively communicated with subject matter experts and the delivery team, updated logs, created burn down charts, and developed project plans. Additionally, I led the Defect Plan project, tracked progress using Microsoft Project, and provided regular updates to senior managers. Utilizing ALM data, I generated burn down chart updates for cross-workstream defect fixes and produced reports for board meetings. Furthermore, I created a comprehensive data dictionary on Excel, improving search capabilities and data categorization, while ensuring optimal data quality for the Unisure to Consolidation master data conversion. Sept 2021 - Jan 2022 Private Sector – Business Analyst As part of the digital transformation process, I played a key role in orchestrating the transition of employees and leading the delivery of a new IT system. To ensure a smooth transition, I created and managed documentation, including user guidance FAQs and instructions. I also provided comprehensive support through service desk assistance using ServiceNow and conducted live daily drop-in sessions for users. Throughout the project, I actively engaged stakeholders by presenting daily statistics and progress reports, keeping them well-informed. Employing agile methodologies, I maintained effective communication and ensured the robust delivery of the project as per expectations.

Dec 2020 - Jun 2021 As the lead data analyst for a startup company, I played a crucial role in developing and managing various data-related initiatives. I was responsible for creating comprehensive dashboards that served internal operations, research, and reporting purposes. Using AWS Quicksight and MYSQL, I produced company dashboards that generated over 200 data insights from our database. These insights provided valuable operational metrics for our company and enhanced data analytics capabilities for our customers. In addition to dashboard creation, I actively contributed to other important responsibilities. One such area was ensuring data privacy and security by implementing data protection policies in accordance with GDPR compliance. I introduced data flow maps and risk management strategies to safeguard sensitive data and intellectual property. Furthermore, I configured automated data reporting tools, which improved efficiency and accuracy in data reporting processes. My involvement extended beyond data analysis and protection.
