I'm an engineer with experience across modern software disciplines including frontend, backend and operations.

My commercial experience is in DevOps/MLOps and I've mainly worked in the data, ML/AI space which I'm really passionate about.

I have experience with Microsoft Azure but can adapt to any cloud environment, including Terraform exposure.

I'm experienced with Kubernetes, all the way from creating clusters to managing complex, scalable deployments. I've used Helm to help templatize deployments, which I'm a big fan of.

I've worked extensively with CI/CD for QA and build/deploy of applications, primarily with GitHub Actions. I've spearheaded adoption of complex GitHub Actions workflows, composite/custom Actions and more at Allianz, and presented my work to senior developers at Allianz UK to help spread knowledge across the organisation - ultimately aiding other teams adopt a better CI/CD approach.

I mainly program in Python, and have used common libraries such as pandas, scikit learn, bs4, matplotlib, pytest, pytorch, keras (tensorflow) & streamlit as well as web frameworks like FastAPI and Django.

I've built full end-to-end applications, the most recent of which being the Engram platform, an AI-powered company insights tool developed using Python, ReactJS and hosted in Azure.

I've used other languages such as JS/ReactJS, HTML, CSS and Ruby - as well as bash.

I'm comfortable in a linux environment, and run Ubuntu on my personal machine.

I'm a fast learner, and can have a tangible, positive impact on teams in a short space of time.

Above all I'm genuinely passionate about the work I do, which I think is why I'm able to work at a high pace - when you enjoy something it doesn't feel like work!
