Mirela Giantaru was one of my colleagues in University, as we both studied Msc Data Science and we worked together as we were researching for our dissertations, by having several brainstorming sessions as well as finding solutions to some coding challenges.
I know she is proficient in coding in Python, R and SAS, has excellent analytical skills, a critical thinking and a research approach to solving problems, also a quick learner. Her project for example, has touched the finding of the outliers using robust regression analysis and nonparametric tests. She also applied ML to confirm the results obtained using EDA. I believe that if given a project she will definitely make sure is delivered on time and is checked for accuracy.
