Educated in electronics and business studies with 30+ years experience in the service sphere, as Department Head I specialised in profit centre service and international business relationship management. I have wide ranging international experience from collaborating with colleagues at parent companies in Japan & the US, as India Country Manager responsible for sales & service, as a member of EMEA service & sales teams and as a member of a Global Service Group (GSG) defining service strategy for a geographically diverse customer base. I was a key contributor for an Investors in People (IIP) project attaining gold level accreditation to support people development within all areas the business. I also have many years SMT experience contributing to the wider business's vision and strategy in order to ensure delivery of the business plan & budget as approved by the Board.
I approach life with open eyes and with open mind and have a perpetual learning philosophy. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and all corners of the globe. Throughout my career I have interwoven my passion for travel with my passion for business and draw on my experiences to give broad perspective and understanding in my approach to seeking positive outcomes.
