As the Creative Studio Project Manager for two studios at Meta (Facebook Gaming and Meta's Economic Impact marketing teams), I directly managed Marco from his development from graphic designer on Economic Impact to to senior graphic designer, and eventually to the lead web designer for Facebook Gaming. Marco has a unique set of graphic and web design skills that positions himself very well for any design studio. He is self-motivated and if he doesn't know a skill and needs to for the project, he will learn it. Marco is quick to pick up any brand, often fluctuating between multiple different Meta sub-brands and identities within his projects. Marco easily switches back and forth between different, and very strict, brand or CMS guidelines, all the while creating outstanding work. Marco delivers his creative on time with files packaged up neatly and organised. Marco has an enthusiastic, passionate attitude toward web and graphic design and I highly recommend him for any graphic or front-end web design project.

Marco is a great designer and team player. While we worked together, he brought his positive energy into the team and helped to build strong relationships with other groups in the company. His knowledge, attitude and skills make him a great addition to any team.
