I am a Senior Product Designer and Product Manager who is passionate about the technologies of the future and the challenges they present for customers. People know me as a planner, and I am an easy-going, cooperative supporter. Because of my calming presence, I’m gifted with helping others feel comfortable in otherwise stressful circumstances.

My design philosophy is to pay rapt attention to users other than the voice of intuition or even creative ingenuity. UX design is a problem-solving endeavor and as such, it should focus on the problem at hand, which often is the users' needs.
