Hi there! I am Maísa, and I am a Product Manager at a Freanch startup called 50inTech - A platform for connecting women in tech and inclusive places for them to work at.

I am the link between customers, operations and product, translating problems into tangible opportunities and solutions. From problem framing to defining requirements and specs.

I have a passion for developing ideas, conduct research, ideation, validation, and ensuring projects are delivered by their deadlines.

Even though I'm a Product Manager now, I've been in this role - unoficially - for some time now. I was part of the team that successfully built a coding bootcap + hiring platform from scratch and was acquired 3 years later.
I am also a former HR/Recruiter, so I'm willing to bring this knowledge to the table.

I have excellent communication skills, and am able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
