Luana in a few words
I am a passionate Human Resources professional with over 12 years experience, working across multiple sectors and businesses of all sizes.
As a true HR generalist, my experience is varied, supporting businesses with the full employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, complex employee relations cases, etc. I also work strategically, delivering on several HR initiatives and projects – most recently delivering salary exchange for pension in a business, which equated to an average of £200,000 in annual savings on the employer NI.
I actively use data collated through dashboards and engagement surveys to create a HR strategy in line with the business objectives and goals. As part of my services, I also coach, train, and support line managers, giving them the knowledge, tools and confidence to manage their teams more effectively.

We are a medium sized company that focus on recruiting and subcontracting work in several areas of the work field. Because we are so diverse we brought Luana on board to help manage new company terms, regulations, and policies. She created interactive engagements such as PowerPoint presentations, one on one screen time with recruiters, dedicated time and efforts with shareholders and implementing new regulations, and most of all helped us get well rounded for new phases of work. We definitely recommend her.

Luana came to us at a time where we had just expanded our business. Making sure that all the new employees and the recruitments were all set can be rather difficult. Luana made the transition so easy. She was able to give valuable advice, counseling, insight, and most of all helped organize us in a way I thought we'd never get to. She was able to assist some of our non English speaking employees which made a world of difference. Being able to get all the regulations, policies, and employee laws in place set us up for major success. We couldn't have done it without her.
