I love to combine my affinity for problem solving, human behaviour and effective communication to tell better stories. I use my degree in Industrial Psychology and change management to infuse systems thinking in all that I do.
I believe that language should be used to challenge the disempowering narratives we buy into as a society and approach all content creation and production as a tool to help companies start new conversations and rewrite the stories we live by.
Through years of freelancing and work with TEDxCapeTown as head of Ops and Relationship Management, I have adopted a range of experience in various roles namely event management, copywriting, brand development, operations and partnerships. I use this combination of skills to ensure I understand the broader spectrum of needs across my client's organisation.
I experience great joy when I am:
- Helping organisations facilitate their ideas and thinking process and articulate these across online and offline channels
- Translating technical jargon into meaningful information that a wide range of audiences can relate to
- Distilling large amounts of information into only the necessity
