After spending 20 years working in different companies, mainly charities, as an administrator/PA/Events coordinator, I decided to retrain as a holistic coach in 2020.
I have since built my coaching business online, supporting clients mainly that had been through their own loss or trauma, to live an extraordinary and incredible life, even after what they have experienced.
My inspiration to work as an Intuitive Mindset coach, was born from my own grief and trauma of the passing of one of my own children, in 2016.
I work with clients to heal all aspects of themselves, from physical, mental to energetic. I believe that if you want to completely heal and transform your life, you need to heal yourself as a whole.
I combine talking with meditation, reiki healing, sound and movement healing as well as many other different modalities.
I tailor make my 1:1 sessions to the client and I provide block sessions and personal retreats.
I also offer options for group coaching for individuals and organisations.
