Lincoln in a few words
Hello! As well as being a teacher and lecturer with 20 years experience, I have had my own fitness consultancy, which works with developing and training new fitness instructors to grow their businesses.

Within these roles I have regularly written projects, proofread work, written courses and designed programmes for a variety of organisations. I also write content for email newsletters and blogs. In addtion I have writtern two books; one on weight loss and the other about helping fitness professionals acquire new clients.

I'm a freelance writer with an accessible writing style who aims to make difficult content easy to understand for the end user. I enjoy working with the client to make sure that the end product is to their full satisfaction.

Regarding subject areas, my main areas of expertise sports, fitness, health, research and marketing. This is due to the fact that my degree is in Recreation Management and Sports Science, and I have lectured extensively in sports science. Also I have taught at health conferences in over 40 countries delivering workshops and seminars on a wide variety of health related concepts.

My published books include Crack The Weight Loss Code and PRIME: The simple 5 step system to help group exercise instructors launch their own programmes & impact more people. Online, I have contributed articles to and my own blog.

I am very open minded, with a keen eye for detail. I thank you for your time in reading this summary and I look forward to working with you.
