Experienced in international business, I work primarily in the development and contract manufacturing of product and finished goods for brands, and the raw materials, packaging components and technologies needed to produce the same; over 30 years, mostly in business development roles for OEM/ODM and their high value relationships, renowned global and regional brands of the consumer packaged goods industry.
I am flexible and adaptable to my client’s particular needs, in terms of:
> Role, can be more sales or more supply oriented, with cross-functional involvement with teams, in any modality: as project lead, in a support role or to perform autonomously as individual contributor.
> Assignments, workload can be 20% to 60% and also higher for agreed on periods.
> Location, I am internationally mobile, to perform on-site or remote or hybrid.

> Business and product development for OEM/ODM companies with innovation capabilities in R&D and production, who develop for and supply global brand groups and/or medium to large international or regional brands, and who require growth in international markets, new products and services to compete effectively.
> Sourcing and supplier development projects:
* for brands with a need for innovative suppliers and competitive contract manufacturers.
* and on the supply side,
- to source new technologies, develop new materials and components and products for manufacturing clients.
- identify and negotiate with potential co-production, JV partners and M&A targets for regional service and supply strategies, for enhanced competitiveness and business continuity of manufacturing clients.
