I have extensive experience in both building a team from scratch, and helping developed teams make impactful changes to an existing sales process. Some areas I have helped developed or improve current challenges include building out sales approaches for new markets, improving churn rates, helping move AOV upwards, creating processes for sustainability flow of pre-sales pipeline, onboarding and continued development programs for SDRs and sales teams, TAM analysis and territory building, lead scoring, cadence or sequence playbooks and lead qualification processes.
My hands-on approach to coaching, training, and process building has allowed me to develop successful pre and post sales teams which has not only allowed commercial teams to exceed targets but also build out career frameworks, allowing the continued growth of successful sales people within the company.
Having experience in start-ups, scale ups and pre IPO organizations I am passionate about understanding problems and looking for ways to fix them.
